In February, 2014 Lisa launched Pinpoint Commercial Real Estate to serve the needs of her clients and provide valuable service to the commercial real estate industry. In an honest & trustworthy manner, the philosophy of the company is to provide the highest level of service with the client’s needs and success at the forefront. Client’s needs are always first. Lisa has over 30 years’ experience working in all aspects of commercial real estate. She most recently headed up the Commercial Brokerage for Calcagni Commercial Real Estate expanding their division to become a leader in their core markets. She was affiliated with the leading retail developer on the East Coast prior to that for fifteen years. As it’s Executive Vice President she lead a team to provide asset management for a portfolio exceeding 8 million sq. ft. of commercial property. She has been actively involved in national industry organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers, Building Office Management Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, to name a few. She is actively involved in community leadership and has served as President of the Farmington Chamber of Commerce. With over 20 years working with developers & investors, Lisa’s experience is utilized to meet the ever changing needs in the commercial real estate industry.
